To train like a ski jumping Olympian in the gym, athletes launch as high as possible off a raised platform while their coaches spot their hips. These imitation jumps train power in their legs needed for their sport.

Ramona Braganza's Olympic Ski Jumping Tip:

Plyometric training is a great tool to include in your weekly program when training like an Olympian. Try adding it as a warm up to legs days. Include straight jumps, lateral jumps , broad jumps and jumps for height to get the leg up on your training.

Yes Wellness Supplement Recommendation:

The intensity and impact of ski jumping can do a toll on your body. Supplementing with a branch chained amino acid (BCAA) can help reduce muscle soreness, enance endurance, and eliminate fatigue when training like a ski jumping olympian.
