Though cultural norms are always shifting (and usually for the better), it’s still much more commonplace for a woman to have long hair than a man. The first 4 vitamins, in alphabetical order from A to D, take up the bulk of the attention and fanfare afforded to the collection of them. Vitamins E and K don’t get near the same level of acclaim, and more people will be asking ‘what is vitamin e good for?’ That’s interesting considering E is in large part the antioxidant equal of Vitamin C, while K is integral to bone health and promoting effective blood coagulation when you give yourself an open wound.

An ‘eye opener’ is any piece of information that meets 3 specific criteria; A) it’s new to you, B) its proven to be factual, and C) it leads you to have a new and typically opposite understanding related to some aspect of the subject matter. That’s but only one of the many types of vinegars, all of which are produced by a fermentation process where ethanol is broken down by acetic acid bacteria. White, or malt, vinegar as that type is referred to, is very generic in its applications, which range from flavouring all the way to cleaning and adhesive removal. Turns out that acetic acid stuff is quite something!

That’s a wise choice, particularly with the fact there are more environmental stressors around us than ever before. If you want to have healthy looking skin that’s blemish-free and ages well, you need to put in time and effort.

It’s helpful to understand that being stressed is more than a just bothersome mental state you’re subjected to from time to time. Being stressed promotes a number of physiological changes in the body, and they can be particularly harmful to your health.
